Information we collect
When you place an order, register as a Family member, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, phone number, delivery address, payment confirmation details and the last four digits of your Aadhaar number. If you list your family members, we also keep each one's relation to you, name and last four Aadhaar digits. Members who joined earlier may also have provided their full Aadhaar number, a Haryana PPP Family ID and a product bill.
How we use it
To verify membership eligibility; to process and deliver your order; to communicate order updates and respond to your enquiries; to manage Family member accounts and referrals; and to improve our products and services.
Aadhaar number
We ask only for the last four digits of your Aadhaar number, and use them only to verify your eligibility. They are never included in exports or shared with anyone else. We do not ask for Aadhaar documents or biometrics. Full Aadhaar numbers given by members who joined earlier are stored encrypted and are never shown in full to Family office staff. Proof files that earlier members uploaded are deleted when their application is reviewed.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Information is shared only with our logistics/courier partners to fulfil delivery, and as required by law.
Data retention
We retain account and order information only for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, meet legal/tax obligations, prevent duplicate membership, and manage your account. Uploaded verification files are deleted immediately after the Family office records its decision.
Your rights
You may contact us at support@healthandbeauty4u.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal recordkeeping requirements (e.g., GST/order records).
